Payments & Project Terms
Pricing displayed or discussed through the website may be illustrative and is subject to confirmation based on the scope and requirements of a specific project.
Payment schedules, deposits, milestone payments, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, recurring fees, and delivery dates will be defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PBS is not required to begin or continue work when required payments are overdue.
Intellectual Property
The PBS name, logo, visual identity, website design, original written content, graphics, processes, templates, documentation, and other materials created for PBS are owned by or licensed to Prime Business Systems and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you provide PBS with text, images, logos, trademarks, files, credentials, business information, customer data, or other materials for use in a project, you represent that you have the right and authority to provide and use those materials.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and appropriate use of materials you provide.
PBS may rely on information supplied by a client when performing services and is not responsible for independently verifying every statement, image, claim, license, or data point provided by the client.
Third-Party Tools & Services
PBS projects may involve third-party products or platforms such as website hosting providers, domain registrars, CRM platforms, automation tools, payment processors, analytics services, plugins, APIs, software subscriptions, or other external services.
These third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, pricing, availability, and technical requirements. PBS does not control and cannot guarantee the continued operation, pricing, functionality, security, or availability of third-party services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for maintaining required third-party accounts, subscriptions, licenses, billing, and access credentials associated with their business systems.
No Guarantees
PBS works to provide professional, practical, and useful solutions, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, PBS does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, search-engine rankings, conversion rates, cost savings, customer acquisition, business growth, platform availability, or other financial or operational results.
Examples, demonstrations, prototypes, portfolio concepts, and projections are provided for illustrative or informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Business Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from circumstances outside PBS’s reasonable control.
